We use your data for: licence and account management, payment processing, communications related to purchased products, technical support and platform improvement.

The legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract (software licence). For marketing communications we will request your explicit consent.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Exercise them by writing to contact@evtradelabs.com
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for platform operation (authentication, cart). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.
7. Retention
We retain your data while you have an active account or for the period required to meet legal obligations (normally 5 years for tax documents).
