1. Acceptance

By accessing and using EV Trading Labs ("the Platform") you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. Products and licences

Products purchased are Expert Advisors ("EAs") and complementary software for MetaTrader 5. Licences are personal and non-transferable. Resale, redistribution or transfer to third parties is not permitted.

3. Use at user's own risk

Automated trading carries significant risks including financial losses. EAs are support tools. EV Trading Labs does not guarantee profits or specific results. The user is responsible for their own trading decisions.

4. Risk and limitations

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market conditions, slippage, connection failures and other factors may affect execution. EV Trading Labs is not liable for losses arising from the use of its products.

5. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs and materials of EV Trading Labs are protected by intellectual property rights. Reverse engineering, decompilation or extraction of source code is prohibited.

6. Payment and cancellations

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe). Cancellations must be requested by email within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the refund policy.
