Refund Policy

1. Digital products
Digital software products (EAs, indicators, licences) are non-refundable once downloaded or activated, as permitted by European regulations for personalised digital products.
2. Evaluation period
We recommend using the available demo versions before purchasing. The Master of Liquidity demo version is available free of charge for evaluation.
3. Case-by-case requests
In exceptional cases (demonstrable technical failure, compatibility issues), we will evaluate refund requests individually. Contact support with your order number.
4. How to request a refund
Write to support@evtradelabs.com with: your purchase email, order number and reason for the request. We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not issued in the following cases: change of mind after purchase, lack of knowledge about the product before buying (demo versions exist), or fraudulent use attempts.
